Kia Motors has announced that they will be revealing a new concept car at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show.

Kia’s European design centre in Frankfurt, which happens to be just 500 metres from where the car will be unveiled, headed up the design for the vehicle. Interestingly, Kia has hinted that the concept car will give an indication of what we can expect the next-generation Cee’d to look like.

The concept displays a newly updated skeleton for Kia, giving us a preview of the potential design direction for models other than the Cee’d. In this concept, you can see that Kia has taken design cues from their current Pro Cee’d model, while giving it a visual presence that demands attention. Furthermore, the new design retains the strong, and agile, characteristics of the Pro Cee’d while being modernised for the latest generation of drivers who demand real-world versatility.

The Korean manufacturer presents a strong vision for a potential member of the next-generation Cee’d family, and the public will have the opportunity to see it in person on 12th September at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show.
